Prayer Ministry:  Available at the 9.30am, 11.00am and 6.00pm services, in the Lady Chapel. At the 11.00am, please come after receiving Communion or later. Receiving prayer brings the Lord’s healing and wholeness.
Annual Church Meeting: This Thursday 26th April at 7.30pm. Please come to this important meeting to hear about last year’s church activities and our plans for the coming year.  Wine and nibbles will be served.
The Centre: Temporary Caretaker/Manager needed. Bob Johnson the caretaker/manager at the Centre is away on holiday from 14th May to 26th June.   We are looking for a temporary replacement to cover this period.  It involves opening, closing and being present at the Centre each weekday morning.  Also opening and closing for occasional bookings outside these times.  The Management Committee members will provide support. Organ Recital at SSPP by International Concert Organist: Richard Pearce, who performs with the Philharmonic Orchestra and BBC Symphony Orchestra at the Last Night of the Proms. Do join us! Saturday 28th April 2018, 7.30pm £10 (Under 18s Free).  Tickets on the door.
Women’s film night on Friday 11th May at 7pm in church, showing ‘The Shack’. It’s a great film and a brilliant opportunity to invite a friend along too! Tickets are £3 each, including popcorn and a drink. Sign up sheet is at the back of church or email to book a place, and pay on the door on the evening
Family Fun Day: On Saturday 26th May we are having a Family Fun Day from 12pm - 3pm. With a bouncy castle, crafts, fun and games and a delicious BBQ there is something for everyone. Start inviting your friends. We are looking for volunteers to run different stations (craft, face painting, BBQ, etc.). Please email Jo Brice at to find out more ways to help or add your name to the sign up sheet at the back of church. All help will be greatly appreciated even if all you can give is an hour. 
The Centre is now very busy so if you wish to use The Centre for an event etc it is crucial you check availability first. You can email on or phone Bob Johnstone on 07860 164425. If there is availability you will be asked to complete a booking form so we can agree opening and closing arrangements and set the heating correctly.
Bikers and Petrol Heads:  Meeting at 7pm on the 3rd Friday of each month at The Centre. An opportunity to socialise, and talk cars & bikes, over a shared (free!) meal. All are welcome!  Contact Alex Cooke:
Traidcraft: On the Traidcraft stall this week, there are 1kg bags of traditionally grown fairly traded rice from Malawi at £3 per bag, white or brown.  The Fairtrade Town Steering group is challenging Buckingham to send at least one child in Malawi to school through these sales.  If you eat rice, please support this challenge!  Tina Mitchell
The Life of Christ: I am organising another outing to the Wintershall estate in Surrey on Thursday 21st June 2018 to experience this wonderful production.
