CAP Life Skills is a friendly group where you’ll gain practical skills and discover new ways to live for a brighter future. If you want to see your money go further, have more time and less hassle in your day-to-day life, improve your health and wellbeing and much more, then Life Skills is for you.
What does Life Skills involve?
Life Skills will equip you with tools such as how to eat well, stick to a budget and improve your relationships. You’ll meet with a group of like-minded people, follow an eight-week course and learn practical skills from our trained coaches – and have some fun along the way!
How much does it cost?
Absolutely nothing – our Life Skills group is completely free.
When can I start?
The next free group starts Monday Jan 24th at The Centre, Verney Close, Buckingham, MK18 1JP opening for coffee and social time from 9:30. The Course sessions begin at 10:15 and will finish by 11:30 but you’re welcome to stay on to chat with the friends you’ve made.
Interested? Come along the week before (Jan 17th) for a taster session to see how Life Skills works and decide if it’s for you.

Do I have to be a Christian?
Not at all – our services are for everyone. But Life Skills has been developed by respected national charity Christians Against Poverty and as Christians and we do like to mention our faith in conversation. We also believe that God answers prayer so we may offer to pray with you in private, but it’s up to you if you’re happy for us to do this or not. There’s no pressure and we’re passionate about helping people from all ages, backgrounds, ethnicities, beliefs and faiths, or no faith.
